Reply:I think they mean that some high school graduate took a break from drawing skulls on his notebook to writing some lyrics for an imaginary metal band he wants to start.
Reply:It means war has ruined this place and once people who where nice and kind have turned to killers and murders, probablying refering to the soliders and when it says wearing skin of the dead ones means disguising themselves and attacking. This is all about war and the evilness it holds.
